The much talked about picketing at the Electoral Commission (EC) and Parliament House by members of the Let My Vote Count pressure group turned bloody when the police opened tear gas on the demonstrators.
Organizers of the event, including the Convener, David Asante, were also arrested and are currently in Police custody for breaching security guidelines.
The demonstrators are reported to have defied the route provided by the Police.
