Kwesi Ernest advises churches to start their own record labels

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Media Excel, Kwesi Ernest, has advised churches to start their own record labels.

In an interview with Abena Ghana on The Journey Show, the music producer reveals that they can push the artistes with their own record labels.

The artiste manager argued that the churches can manage or control these artistes and instil good morals in them after they have signed them on their labels.

“Churches need to own their record label to push the artists in their respective congregations. It is long overdue, especially the Church of Pentecost.

“For the church to have control over the artiste and instil discipline, moral upbringing, fear of God, and train them, they must start investing in them. So that they can tell them to produce spirit-filled songs that draw people closer to heaven.
