The 2016 flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has described the late DCOP Angwubutoge Awuni as a fine, principled Police Officer.
In a tweet on Monday, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo said he was saddened by the news of DCOP Awuni’s death.
The Eastern Regional Police Commander, DCOP Angwubutoge Awuni, died on Sunday, March 13, 2016, at the Police Hospital in Accra after a short illness.
