Twitter begins “Notes” feature for Ghanaian Writers
Along with writers from the USA, Canada and the UK, Ghanaian writers showcased their work on Twitter as part of the testing phase of the social media platform’s latest feature for long-form content, “Notes”.
Notes was launched with this announcement Tweet from @TwitterWrite, and will allow people on Twitter to go beyond the 280 character limit and publish articles and other types of long-form content. Fast-rising super talent Gyakie was trending again this week. The visuals for her latest single, ”Something” premiered on YouTube on Thursday, 23rd June 2022. Here is the Tweet announcing the news to her music fans. After the release, a Twitter user described the video as tremendous.

Afro-pop and Dancehall star, MzVee will be hosting a live experience of her latest album this Saturday, June 25.
