Lamar Odom’s near-death experience is breathing new life into his marriage with Khloe Kardashian.
The ailing NBA player and his reality star bride asked a Los Angeles judge to dismiss their pending divorce case Wednesday, paperwork obtained by the Daily News confirms.
The surprise move came after the estranged couple unexpectedly reunited in a Las Vegas hospital last week after Odom was found unconscious in a legal brothel.
Kardashian’s lawyer Laura Wasser appeared in court early Wednesday with a request for dismissal signed by Odom on Tuesday, apparently from his bed at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
The judge granted the request, meaning the final divorce judgment that was sitting in a paperwork backlog awaiting a judge’s signature is now off the table.
Odom, 35, and Kardashian, 31, wed in 2009 after a one-month whirlwind romance. She filed for divorce in December 2013 amid rumors of cheating and drug abuse.
After the breakup, the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star confessed on camera that she wished they were still living as man and wife.
She later dated musician French Montana and NBA player James Harden, but she rushed to Odom last week and kept a vigil at his bedside since the start of his Oct. 13 hospitalization.
Odom was found unconscious inside the Love Ranch South with blood and a white substance coming from his nose and mouth, police said.
He was admitted to Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas in extremely critical condition but regained consciousness Friday.
Brothel staff reported that Odom used cocaine on the Saturday before his collapse and combined alcohol and herbal Viagra during his four-day bender at the cathouse, the Nye County Sheriff said.
He was transferred Monday evening from Sunrise to Cedars-Sinai by helicopter with Kardashian by his side, a family spokeswoman said.
His dad and two kids from a prior relationship also traveled to Los Angeles to be with the former Laker, the spokeswoman said.
Odom took his first steps on Tuesday and was showing “miraculous progress,” she said.
The Odom family had no immediate comment Wednesday on the divorce revocation, a source said.
Kardashian broke her silence on Odom’s hospitalization for the first time Tuesday.

“You can never be prepared for an experience like this,” she said in a statement on her website. “But without the outpouring of love and endless prayers that Lamar has received and the strength I was given from my loved ones, it would have been difficult to endure.”
Before the divorce bombshell news broke, TMZ reported that the TV personality put her romance with Harden on hold to support Odom through his recovery.
Montana, meanwhile, said Tuesday he was impressed with his former flame’s dedication to Odom, calling her round-the-clock hospital support a “beautiful thing.”
“I feel like once somebody’s going through a critical condition, I feel like people should step up to the plate to help because once upon a time they had a real relationship when they was married, they still married,” he told the Daily News’ Confidenti@l column.
