The Honourable Member Of parliament who also doubles as the minister of fisheries and aqacuture Mrs Elizabeth Afoley Quaye launched a program to assist the young women in her constituency to educate and empower women with the skills,training and confidence necessary to create wealth and move them above the poverty poverty line in the near future.
The dignitaries present were the youth, chiefs and Queenmothers in the krowor constituency.

Hon Elizabeth Afoley Quaye is the patron and founder of KWEP spa and beauty therapy college and the college is now training one hundred and eighty two(182) young women in spa and beauty therapy, which comprises of modules such as nail polishing,massage,waxing,make up Etc.
