Famed Ghanaian actor, Frank Osei popular known as Oboy Frank Naro is also contending some unscrupulous persons who are using the unfortunate incident to enrich themselves.
Narrating the ordeal to ‘Daily View Gh, Frank stated that, he was in Kumasi when he met a friend at an event. The friend was said to have approached him and told him about their chats on social media and also hinted on the monies she’s been sending him.
At this stage, Frank explained to his friend that he was not the only victim to lots of these scams where people use his name and profile to defraud unsuspecting people. The actor explained to the friend that, another lady in accra was scammed out of a staggering amount close to Gh 1000.00.
Frank said to Daily View Gh that We are currently working with Facebook and Instagram to regain access to the accounts but in the meantime, fans can continue to interact with OboyFrank Naro via his official Instagram and Facebook account (OboyFrank Naro).
Frank Osei apologises for any inconvenience caused and urges fans to ignore any requests that the hackers might make.
