The President and Founder of the Afro-Arab Group of Companies, Ambassador Alhaji Salamu Amadu, has been honored at the 100 Most Influential People Awards (MIPA) held at The Psalms Dome, La Palm Beach Hotel, on November 21, 2024.
The prestigious event, organized by The Business Executive, aims to recognize and celebrate Ghanaians making significant impacts through entrepreneurship, mentorship, and empowerment.
Ambassador Alhaji Salamu Amadu, a dedicated mentor to the youth in Zongo communities, was celebrated for his transformative influence, which has improved countless lives across the country.
A citation presented to him highlighted his remarkable contributions:
“Your influence on the growth and development of Ghana as a nation and on the socio-economic evolution of its communities has significantly enhanced the quality of life and their standing in the global arena. Not only have you served as a role model, but you have also created opportunities for millions of Ghanaians to achieve their full potential.”
On his part, Ambassador Alhaji Salamu Amadu expressed his gratitude to the organizers for recognizing his efforts. He used the opportunity to preach peace among Ghanaians before, during, and after the upcoming general elections. He also appealed to the leaders of the two leading political parties to encourage their supporters to embrace peace and unity for the nation’s progress.
The awards ceremony also recognized several other distinguished business leaders for their outstanding contributions to Ghana’s development.
