Ghana striker Asamoah Gyan has completed his medical with Shanghai SIPG and is set to sign onto a permanent deal with the ambitious Chinese club.
The 29-year-old had his medical at the Shanghai 6th People’s Hospital – a world renowned bone specialist center – located in the Xuhui District early Thursday morning (local time).
Gyan conducted the medical under the strict supervision of Dr. Quao.
The Black Stars captain is returning to his designated hotel awaiting the results of the medical examinations before proceeding to the next stage of his mega move to Shanghai SIPG.
A press conference has been called by the club later in the day to officially announce and unveil the Black Stars captain as the latest signing for Shanghai SIPG.
