2020 is the year of return for the NDC – Ofosu Ampofo

National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo has publicly declared victory for the opposition NDC in the upcoming elections on December 7, 2020.

Sounding all hopeful of a win-win for the NDC, he proclaimed that the party will hold majority parliamentary seats after the general elections because his outfit is well equipped with human resources, members of parliament, constituency executives among others who will facilitate the process of becoming a reality.

During the launch of a fundraising platform to support the party in Accra on Thursday, the national chairman said “let me make this declaration, this year is a year of return and I want to declare that next year by this time, President John Dramani Mahama will be the president of Ghana. The NDC will win the 2020 elections.”

Giving reasons for a sure banker, Mr. Ampofo continued the party is engulfed with vibrant youth, tertiary education network, vibrant women and grassroots base ready to work for the victory of the party this year.

The party, headed by John Dramani Mahama on Thursday, January 16, 2020, launched an electronic payment platform to enable party members, as well as sympathizers, to contribute financially to their campaign.

The gesture was to inform the public that the NDC is ready to make any payments to recapture power again.
