The Black Stars of Ghana are set to arrive in Tamale on Tuesday ahead of their 2018 World Cup group qualifier with the Cranes of Uganda Friday.
The team will open their preparation for the 2018 World Cup opener against the Cranes with their first training session at the Accra Sports Stadium this afternoon.
After Monday’s training session, the side will enplane to Tamale to continue with their preparation on Tuesday afternoon.
This will be the third time the Black Stars will be playing in the Northern regional capital Tamale after playing Guinea and Togo in the 2015 Afcon qualifiers.
Coach Avram Grant invited 23 foreign players for the clash with two local players; Inusah Musah of Hearts and Emmanuel Ocran of Wa All Stars for observation.

Meanwhile, the Black Stars squad will travel to face the Bafana Bafana of South Africa in an international friendly in Durban on Tuesday October 11 after the World Cup qualifier with Uganda.
