Musician Wisa on Gh One TV has detailed reason why he was absent on 25th night at the Accra International Conference Center where this year’s Rapperholic concert headlined by BET award-winner Sarkodie happened. According to him, his management was contacted by the event organizers not to appear on the show due to his indecent exposure at the 2015 Decemba2Rememba event.
This was because of his ‘machine gun’ he put on display on Christmas eve at Decemba 2 Rememba concert held at the Accra International Conference Center. After his indecent act on the night of the Citi FM organised concert, Ghanaians lashed him on social media platforms for the act. Movie producer and entertainment critic, Socrate Safo also called on MUSIGA to take immediate action against his act.
Deputy Minister of Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, Honorable Dzifa Abla Gomashie-Ahiaglo in an interview with Zionfelix.com also vowed not to watch his performance again. She later asked Ghanaians to allow MUSIGA to punish him for the unfortunate act he exhibited on the night of Decemba 2 Rememba.
Wisa was invited by police on Saturday and was subsequently and granted bail. He reports to himself to Ghana police today, Monday December 27.
