The flagbearer of Ghana Union Movement’s (GUM), Reverend Christian Kwabena Andrews has been ordered by the flagbearer of the All People’s Congress, Hassan Ayariga,to stop claiming the third position in the just ended 2020 polls because they are all failures.
According to him, the presidential candidate of the Ghana Union Movement (GUM), Rev. Christian Kwabena Andrew, must stop boasting that he claimed third position in the polls.
Speaking in an interview on Adom FM’s morning show, Ayariga expressed his disappointments in the election as the rest of the political parties who contested did not get even 1%, adding that their results are the worst ever.
Hassan Ayariga is a Ghanaian accountant, entrepreneur and politician. He is the founder of the All People’s Congress and was the candidate of the People’s National Convention for the December 2012 presidential election.
The New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Nana Akufo-Addo won the presidential polls with 6,730,587 votes, representing 51.302%.
Rev. Andrews in the just ended 2020 presidential elections obtained 105,565 votes representing 0.805% out of the 13,434,574 total votes cast.
