Members of the Ashanti regional branch of the Ghana Actors Guild (GAG) has said Kumawood actor Joseph Nana Osei Kofi also known as Wayoosi is not dead.
He however said, the guild was soliciting for fans to help cater for other medical needs of Wayoosi [their] beloved brother.
“We thus would like to draw the attention of the general public and the industry players that, whatever steps that needs to be taken towards our brother’s welfare has been initiated already”, Mr Asamoah said.
He however cautioned groups and individuals who wished to contribute to be careful about individuals who have already put out numbers for fundraising for the health care of the actor.
