Naa Korshie Lamptey nominated deputy Special Prosecutor

President Nana Akufo-Addo has appointed Jane Cynthia Naa Korshie Lamptey to be the first deputy Special Prosecutor. Anti Ghana-US Military agreement demo hits Tamale

The Ghana First Patriotic Front, a group made up of opposition political parties, especially members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) on Saturday embarked on a demonstration in the Tamale Metropolis to protest against the Ghana-US Military Cooperation agreement. The National Organiser of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has dismissed the latest Afrobarometer survey report casting a bleak shadow over the party. The September 2017 survey reveals that whilst 49% of those surveyed said they would vote for the NPP if elections were held tomorrow, only 22% said they would vote for the NDC.
