Graphic Online has secured a list of the 58 factories President Akufo-Addo told the nation have been built under the government’s flagship programme, One District One Factory (1D1F).
The 58 companies, some of them very familiar names, are into various enterprises from manufacturing, recycling, agro and wood processing.

President Akufo-Addo told a media encounter on Friday, December 13 at the Jubilee House, that the programme to industrialise the country was taking shape and that apart from the 58 which were already in operation, 26 others were at various stages of completion and would be inaugurated by the first half of 2020.
The 1D1F programme is aimed at increasing agricultural productivity and ensuring sustainable supply of food at cheaper cost while creating jobs for the youth.
