Mr Augustine Karbo, the deputy general secretary of the Teachers and Educational Workers Union (TEWU)has admonished politicians to be mindful of the vulnerability of Ghanaian children and should therefore not do anything that would disturb the country’s peace during the upcoming general elections.
Speaking as the Chairman at the 3rd graduation ceremony of the RISING SUN MONTESSORI SCHOOL at Tema community 16 under the Theme: “PEACE; the Foundation stone to a formidable education and sustainable development” also entreated Ghanaians to choose peace,love, tolerance and unity since they are the fundamental prerequisite for sustainable education and development.
The little kids in a drama demonstrated the relevance of peaceful coexistence among people and prayed for Ghana to uphold the peace and unity we have been enjoying.
