Lifeless body of a man believed to be in his thirties have been found at Inchaban in the Shama District of the Western Region.
The body was seen lying naked at a spot near a refuse dump off the Dwomo road with some abrasions.
Residents believe he might be a suspected thief who was lynched and dumped there at dawn.
The Assembly member of the Area, Hon Francis Biney tells Daily View Gh, he was informed of the news by some neighbours around 6 am and followed up to the scene.
After rushing to the spot to confirm the information, he notified the Inchaban police who have since gone to convey the body to the Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital Morgue in Sekondi whilst investigation continues.
