The one-week commemoration of the death of Christiana Addo, mother of ace musician cum president of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), Bice Osei Kufour otherwise known as Obour was held on July 31, 2016 at Lartebiokorshie in Accra.

The event attracted a number of dignitaries which includes the Minister for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare, the CEO of Despite Group of Companies’ Osei Kwame Despite and his brother Dr. Ofori Sarpong.

Others included Chiefs, Queen Mothers, actors, musicians like Rex Omar, Pozo Hayes, Becca, King Ayisoba and his entourage, Kojo Antwi and his GHAMRO team and a host of others.

Obour’s mum died last week in London.

The date of the funeral rites has been scheduled for October 21, 22 and 23, 2016 and to be held at her home town in Juaso in the Ashanti region.

The hiplife artiste’s mother, Christiana Addo (Aunt Christie) died on Sunday, July 24 after battling liver disease for some time.
