Photos: Corpse, casualties of Presidential Press corp accident now at 37 Military Hosp.

Kasapafmonline.com can confirm with certainty that Samuel Nuamah a Presidential Affairs reporter for the Ghanaian Times Newspaper died in the tragic accident that happened Thursday afternoon involving members of the Presidential Press Corp.

His corpse is currently deposited at the 37 Military Hospital morgue while about 20 others severely injured journalists and 3 in critical condition are also receiving treatment at the same health facility.

The unfortunate incident happened around Dawhenya when the team was returning to Accra from the Volta Region.

Reports say their Ford bus which was not part of the presidential convoy heading to Accra bursts its front tyre making controlling of the vehicle very difficult.

About twenty journalists are said to have been in the vehicle when the incident occurred.

They were returning to Accra from Ho where President John Mahama had attended the annual convention of the EP Church.
