A three-storey building under construction at Berekuso in the Eastern Region has collapsed trapping some construction workers.
A teacher at the Berekuso Basic School, Andrews Osei Bonsu, told Daily view Gh that he heard a loud noise whiles he was teaching only to find out that part of the building had collapsed.
Rescuers are yet to move to the scene to assist the victims.
It is unclear yet what may have caused the collapse, but recent incidences of collapsed buildings in the country have largely been blamed on architectural flaws and disregard for safety.
