The opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) has sacked its Deputy Northern Regional Women Organizer Hajia Zulfao Amadu.
In a letter reference number RC/GEC/NRs/DWO3 and signed by the Regional Chairman Mr. Daniel Bugri Naabu, it indicates that Hajia Zulfao Amadu failed to live up to expectation as a Deputy Women Organizer of the party in the region.
Excerpts of the letter read: “This serves as notice to you that your appointment as the Deputy Regional Women Organizer has been revoked. Your removal is on grounds that you have lived below expectation as Deputy Women Organizer. This action is in consonance with the last paragraph of your letter of appointment which stipulates that you shall be relieved of your post if you live below expectation. Article 106 of the party’s constitution is relevant here”
