NPP Primaries: Check Out The Full List Of Winners and Losers

The governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) held its Parliamentary primaries on Saturday ahead of the 2020 general elections.

A total of 374 aspirants contested in 168 constituencies. There were 325 men and 51 women contesting.

Some 67 lucky aspirants went unopposed and were acclaimed by the delegates of the party in their various constituencies.

Many delegates jubilated and chanted victory songs as their candidates emerge winners.

They include Mr Joseph Osei Owusu, Member of Parliament (MP) for Bekwai Constituency and Mr Osei Kyei-Mensa-Bonsu, MP for Suame, as parliamentary candidate.
