The West African Examination Council (WAEC) is staying with its new strategy to fly examination questions papers to the examination centres in the upcoming Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE), in a bid to avoid the recurrent leakages.

The BECE has been scheduled for June 13-17, 2016

“The papers have already been printed outside this country. The questions fly in and you also fly it by aircraft, that is, helicopter or what have you, to the various regions for instance Tamale among others and from there the BNI and WAEC officers will distribute them,” Senior Officer at the Human Language and Test Administration Department of WAEC, Daniel Nii Dodu has announced.

Citifmonline earlier reported that WAEC flew question papers to centres in the just ended West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (WASSCE) following the leakages of some of the papers.
