The President-Elect of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, left Ghana on Sunday evening for a three-day visit to the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

A statement issued by his press secretary, Mr Eugene Arhin, in Accra, said Nana Addo was expected to deliver the keynote speech at the 2016 Future of Africa Awards Ceremony in Lagos.

It said Nana Addo would also call on the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, at the State House, in Abuja.

The President-elect would return to Ghana on Tuesday, December 20, 2016.
