Comedian, actor and musician, Kwadwo Nkansah has promised to introduce acting in his newly established basic school located at Ofinso in the Ashanti Region to groom young talents.
The school, Great Minds International School runs courses from crèche to Junior High School (JHS).
The school was officially opened on Tuesday September 25, 2018 at Ahenkro within the Ofinso Municipality of the Ashanti Region.
According to him, teaching pupils acting is a way of bringing out other talents in them.
Speaking in an interview with Kumasi based radio Sikka FM, Lil Win as he is affectionately called indicated, ”because I want the best for my people, I have provided all the necessary facilities to enhance teaching and learning. As time goes on, we are going to introduce acting, music, comedy, among many others in the school”.

Acting does not form part of Ghana Education Service’s (GES) curricula and it is not clear how the actor is going to incorporate it into the study of the pupils but he revealed: “having formal education does not guarantee one’s success, hence the idea of introducing such craft in the new school”.
Lil Win as well assured he will introduce other vocational training for his pupils to equip them in life.
