Ghanaian female 2016 MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMAs) nominee, Mzvee says that there is more to the luxury, fun and glamour that people see.
According to the current first lady of Lynx Entertainment, a lot of work goes behind the scene that people do not know.
“The biggest misconception people have out there is that, its all about fun and games. No it’s not, from where I come from, as a woman, I have to work like twice, more than what the men do,” she said in an interview with Nandi Madiba of MTVBase Africa.

Mzvee was nominated in the ‘Best Female’ category, and will be competing against Tiwa Savage, Yemi Alade, Josey, and Vanessa Mdee.
It adds to the other three nominations Ghana had when the first set of nominations were announced.
This year’s event will be hosted by South African Comedian Trevor Noah and will feature performances from the likes of Alikiba, Babes Woduma, Cassper Nyovest, Nasty C, Ycee and Yemi Alade,
It will held at the Ticketpro Dome, Johannesburg, South Africa on October 22.
