The MaryMaud Charity has successfully completed its ‘Supporting Humanity 2024’ project, delivering crucial supplies and cash donations to three orphanages in Ghana namely Apam Orphanage and Foster Home in Pokuase Mayera, Bawjiase Countryside Children’s Welfare Home, and the Village of Hope Orphanage in Gomoa Fetteh.
This initiative aimed to support the welfare of orphaned children and their caregivers.
The charity presented a range of donations, including food and beverages, health and personal care products, educational stationery, and clothing. Over 150 orphaned children and caregivers also received National Insurance Scheme registration, ensuring access to vital health services.
Additionally, undisclosed cash donations were made to each orphanage, further supporting their operational needs.
This successful initiative highlights the power of community support in transforming the lives of underprivileged children.
The Founder of MaryMaud Charity Foundation, Lady Pastor MaryMaud Ankobiah, expressed her profound gratitude to the companies and individual donors who made the project possible.
She acknowledged contributions from Softcare Manufacturing FM, Yao Consult & Business Ventures, K. Ofori Limited, Genix Power Ltd, and many other generous individuals.
“Your contributions have touched the lives of many children and caregivers, and together, we are making a positive impact on humanity,” she stated.
Looking ahead, MaryMaud Charity remains committed to restoring hope and improving the lives of vulnerable populations, focusing on reducing poverty, enhancing food security, and promoting the well-being of children, widows, orphans, and young girls.
