Residents of Nkotompo near the Effia-Nkwanta Regional Hospital in the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis woke up Tuesday morning to the shock of a beheaded man placed in-between the rail tracks.
Identified as Kobina Ackon, and said to be in his mid-fifties, he was suspected to have been decapitated by a moving train during the night. Others suspected otherwise.
The Western Regional Police Command has initiated investigations into the incident.
