E! News has exclusively learned that theScandal star and hubby Nnamdi Asomughahave welcomed their second child together. The actress gave birth to a baby boy, Caleb Kelechi Asomugha, on Oct. 5. Other details were not immediately available.
E! News confirmed Washington’s second pregnancy in May, after her baby bump was on display while attending the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinnerin Washington, D.C. Kerry and Nnamdi’s happy news came as the proud parents continue to raise daughter Isabelle away from the public eye.
The Hollywood couple are known to keep their personal life very private, but the celeb couldn’t help but talk at least a little bit about how amazing motherhood has been.
“As far as I know, we’re going to be hiding things,” she told E! News at the SAG-AFTRA Foundation Golf Classic in June. “But stay tuned!”
Additionally, the source told E! News, “Everyone that she works with has been really helpful. Kerry is in her third trimester at this point. Nnamdi would love a boy this time around if it happens! They are so in love with their daughter and can’t wait to expand the family.”
