Actor and businessman, John Dumelo has donated an undisclosed amount of money to ailing movie veteran and former President of the Ghana Actors Guild, Mr. Nii Odoi Mensah. News went rife early this year about the the veteran actor’s ailing health after doctors declared his two kidneys incapable of performing their key functions.
He is said to be spending $300 each week on dialysis to stay alive. Ealier this year, actress Juliet Ibrahim revealed she had been donating to Mr. Odoi Mensah through her foundation, and appealed to others to do same.
John Dumelo has also joined to donate an undisclosed amount to the veteran actor and he made the revelation on his social media (Twitter) page.

Mr. Odoi Mensah later confirmed that John Dumelo paid him a visit Tuesday morning and made a donation to support his kidney-related disease.
