Winner of Ghana’s Most Beautiful season 8, Bentie Abigail Baciara, otherwise known as Baci, has paid a paid a working visit to University of Education, Winneba, University Of Cape Coast
Accra Technical University, UPSA and University of Ghana to acquaint itself with the conditions under which students are pursuing academic work and to train 10 million job seekers all tertiary students in Ghana.
THE GHANA TERTIARY DIGITAL EMPOWERMENT TOUR is a malol-lol Ghana foundation initiative in partnership with Edubox Nigeria and Mind the Gap Nigeria and most importantly powered by google digital skills for Africa which is aimed at empowering individuals above 18yrs be it in tertiary institutions, SME’S, job seekers, Cooperate institutions etc. with the neccerary digital skills and knowledge to make the most of the web.
Baci visited some selected schools in deprived communities to provide them with educational facilities.
As a beauty queen and a community developer my utmost goal has been and still is to contribute my quota to the development of our nation in every possible way since my crowning in 2014.
From the promotion of basic education through the distribution over 10,000 customized exercise books as well as teaching and learning materials in over 7 districts in Ghana, to the distribution of solar panels in Tuluwe.
From the championing of world heart day campaign with Korle Bu’s national cardio thoracic center, leading the celebration of the international day for the girl child with plan Ghana and serving as the national ambassador of Action aids end child marriage project which led to the rescue of 187 girls so far. She stated.
