Kumawood comic actor, Akwasi Boadi famed Akrobeto has brought to the limelight how his marriage came to an end.
The media personality laud the vice president of Ghana, Dr. Bawumia and his wife, Samira Bawumia for their ability to marry for 20 years.
This comes after the second lady, Samira Bawumia on Val’s Day, took to her official Instagram page to post pictures of their marriage ceremony and wished her husband a happy Vals day, adding that it has been 20 years since they got married.
She used the opportunity to wish her husband a happy 20th wedding anniversary.
“Happy 20th wedding anniversary, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia . Thanking God for our journey so far. Happy Valentine’s Day, my love. ,” she captioned photos from their wedding ceremony.
Reacting to this, Akrobeto has said that he is very shocked because he thought the two have married for just 10 years.
According to him, the vice president and his wife are two young, however, they have married for a very long time because even though they hurt each other, they easily forgive each other and work out their differences.
“Bawumia, vice president and his wife have been married for 20 years. Oh wow, they have done very wel. You see, they are not old but they have married nicely, that is good. So do you think Bawumia does not hurt his wife? Do you think Samira Bawumia does not offend her husband, Bawumia? We all make mistakes but understanding. Please, marriage is all about understanding. Oh Bawumia, you and your wife have done very well. Because they don’t look like… I thought it is 10 years they got married ooo. Heeer. Oh wow wow wow. Congratulations, congratulations”, Akrobeto said.
He noted that he married his wife in 2006 and everything was walking perfectly, however, along the line he had to call for a divorce after the wife gave him a hot slap which made him to fall.
“I married my wife in 2006. I did not divorce my wife until recently when she slapped me that i fell. I am afraid of marriage now”, the comic actor revealed.
