Finest Ghanaian movie director, Mr Frank Fiifi Gharbin has stated categorically that failure on the part of Golden Movie Awards organizers to nominate and award any Kumawood movie is to sabotage the industry.
According to Mr Fiifi in an interview with SeancityGh he said he senses a masterminded act by Golden Movie Awards organizers to sabotage Kumawood movies as a result, failing to nominate and award their movies.
Chris-Vincent Agyapong, a member of the jury who resides in the U.K speaking at the press conference opined that most Ghanaian filmmakers are overusing drones in movies.
According to him, several drone shots in most Ghanaian movies submitted did not correlate with the storyline so he cannot fathom why directors would always want to add such scenes.
He stated without mincing words that most drone shots in Ghanaian movies do not make sense but filmmakers think they are adding those scenes for viewers to enjoy their works.
