Rapper Kwaw Kese, real name Emmanuel Kwesi Botchwey, and his long-time girlfriend Doris Kyei Baffour got engaged Thursday.
The engagement, which precedes the wedding, took place at Doris’ family home in Kentinkrono, a suburb of Kumasi.
The event was attended by family of the couple, friends and management of Kwaw Kese.
The white wedding is scheduled to take place in Accra on Saturday, April 9 at Ursula Owusu’s house at East Legon in Accra.
Kwaw Kese and Doris Kyei Baffour, known for her role as Pokua in ‘Efiewura’, have been dating for years.
This will be Kwaw Kese’s second marriage. He divorced his American wife, Ann in 2014 after a six-year marriage.
