The General Jurisdiction Circuit Court 2 hearing the case involving Patrick Osei Agyemang, aka Countryman Songo, Kofi Asare Brako ‘Abatay’ and Asempa FM has adjourned the case to November 9.

The court adjourned the case because the judge who was suppose to preside over the case did not show up to begin the much awaited $2m defamatory lawsuit.

The President of the Ghana Football Association, Mr. Kwesi Nyantakyi arrived at the court premises at 9:00 am but the defendants involved in the case Kofi Asare Brako, who is known in media circles as Abatay and vociferous Patrick Osei Agyeman ‘Songo’ was already in court with their lawyers.
