A leading member of the opposition New Patriotic Party Hajia Fati has been arrested.
Madam Fati is currently at the Police Headquarters in Accra, assisting in investigations into the attack of the General Secretary of the Party Kwabena Agyepong. She confirmed her arrest to Kasapa News a while ago.

Agyepong, who had gone to the Party Headquarter in Asylum Down in Accra Tuesday afternoon for a meeting, was attacked by a mob on his way out.
nderstands Mr. Agyepong has taken cover at an unknown location.
Calls to Mr. Agyepong have not been returned.
