Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia surprised his wife, Samira with roses on Wednesday as the world celebrated Valentine’s Day.
A video on Instagram shows a visibly excited Samira smirking as delivery men from Jandel Limited presented her with the flowers accompanied with music.
