Disqualified presidential nominee of the Great Consolidated People’s Party (GCPP) Dr Henry Lartey has threatened dares the former President Rawlings to come out and expose him.
Mr Lartey was reacting to an allegation by the ex-president that he (Lartey) had been contracted by some elements in the NDC to embarrass him at the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative (CHRAJ).
“I dare rawalings to come and say what he knows about me. During his time as a president; He kills and mistreat people. he’s corrupt and very wicked man i have ever known. I ask him to join me to Antoa Shrine but he never did, because he dont know what he is saying. he has gotten a wrong person. Dr Lartey
Dr Henry Lartey recently dragged Mr Rawlings to CHRAJ and the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) following the latter’s admission that he indeed received a 2 million dollar gift from former Nigerian dictator Sani Abacha in 1998.
Mr Rawlings subsequently accused Dr Lartey of being used by some elements in the ruling party to discredit him.
Dr Lartey who was speaking to Daily View Gh’s Dickson Boadi said Rawlings should come and expose him.
He always pretend to be a peace maker but is a lie. Atta Mills was humble and a peaceful man so he should learn from him.
“If he’s got those facts he should come out and tell us. Who has paid me, my father left me a lot of assets and nobody can pay me to do what he’s claiming. I am going to have a press conference to reveal more about them,” Dr Lartey insisted.
