The Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) has received a massive boost from Ashfoam ahead of the first ever beach games scheduled to place in Cape Verde this month.
According to managing Director of Ashfoam, Mr. George Massih, the move forms part of the efforts to diversify the company’s corporate social responsibilities towards the federations headed by the GOC.
The GOC President Mr. Ben Nunoo Mensah accompanied by Lawyer Steve Asante Bekoe received the $4600 USD equivalent to Gh 24,656.00 cedis on behalf of the committee.
He said; “You have given life to Ghanaian children through this support and I encourage Ghanaians to patronage Ashfoam products to able to do more for mother Ghana”.
Nana Yaw Apem-Darko head of Marketing and Communications of Ashfoam was among the notable faces present at the occasion and has encourage Ghanaians to trust and support the athletes who will be representing the nation in Cape Verde.
Meanwhile, the managing director believes its the right step in the right direction;
“We have enjoyed a positive relationship with the GOC and this is just the beginning of a successful journey towards raising future Champions” he added.
Ashfoam is offers a one-stop-shop for every home need including mattresses, pillows, bedsheets, towels, furniture, sofas and couches.
