The maiden edition of the DecorSign Expo will commence from 10th to 13th of November, 2022 on the theme “Diversity and Inclusivity in the industry”, at the Fantasy Dome at Trade Fair in Accra.
The annual event will create a platform for players in the interior and exterior space to showcase an array of cutting edge facilities and items in homes, offices and the general environment and will also afford an opportunity for professionals and decorators to network and discuss issues and emerging trends in the interior and exterior design industry.
Consequently, the Expo is set to brand and promote Ghana as the hub for interior and exterior designs and will enable the country be at a competitive edge with global partners and stakeholders in the design and décor space.
The 4-day event will feature local and international designers, architects, interior and exterior decorators, real estate developers, realtors, furniture manufacturers, among others and forms part of the drive to leverage innovation and creativity in the design industry.
Exhibitors include Kaizer, Do it Best, Stone Depot, YAK Decor Limited, Ex-Interior Design, Installation Specialist, House of Makaye, Kabinart, FD Decorative Limited, Strpesccraft, Borlabie The Artist, Ghanaye Premiere and Haiflow.
The rest are Sofaamy, New Lucky Electricals, Aducraft Furniture, Oak Castle Reality, Interior Designers and Decorators Ghana among others.
The Expo will come along with side attractions such as seminars, lectures, videos and live shows, networking sessions with lead advisory board members, exhibitions, performance by renowned artists, product launch, Lucky dip and the maiden launch of the much awaited DecorSign international magazine.
Key partners of this year’s Expo are Interior Designs and Decorators, Ghana Empire Domus, Atelier Architects, YAK Décor Limited, Ellen Davis Cameo 1 Homes Real Estates and Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA).
The 2022 DecorSign Expo is driven by advisory Board members namely Mandy-Louis, the Founder and Creative Lead of DecorSign Ghana, Kojo Jones, Chief Executive Officer of Empire Domus Group, Augustine Ewiah, Chief Executive Officer of Cameo 1 Homes and Yaw Appiah Kubi, YAK Décor Ltd.
Others are Belle Yemofio, Founder and Creative Director of EllenDavis Interior Design, Architect Samuel Mbrayeh Quartey, Founder of Atelier and notably among his unique projects are CAL Bank, National Communication Authority, Allied Oi Head offices, UNA Home, The Elizabeth edifice among others.
Special Guest of the event is Titi Ogufere, a renowned designer and the Creative Director of Essential Interiors Consultancy and have to her credentials the design of high end residential, commercial and hospitality projects and an array of clients across the globe.
She is also the CEO of Essential Media Group (EMG) with over 25 books on events publication at her credit and also among the top 10 leaders of the design world in Africa as well as the Founder of Interior Designers Association of Nigeria (IDAN) and ranked as the 21st President of the International Federation of Interior Architects and Designers.
