The residence of pollster and Managing Editor of the Daily Dispatch newspaper, Ben Ephson is under siege by persons suspected to be supporters of the New Patriotic Party.
DailyViewGh.com reported that Ben Ephson had just returned home from a programme on GHOne TV at about 2:30am when he received a call over his phone congratulating him for an accurate prediction particularly about the smaller parties.
He said no sooner had he responded to the call than a car pulled up in front of his house with its headlight on and the occupants daring him to come out. He said the voices started making frantic calls and soon others joined them to demand that he comes out to face their wrath. At this time he had called the police hotline and a team soon arrived to help him.
According to Ben Ephson, a video recording of the rowdy youth showed two of them were regular faces at the residence of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the NPP vice presidential candidate, who lives some five doors away.
