Dan Kwasi Prince popularly known in showbiz as DJ Prince was born on the 7th September.
(Prince) hails from Ghana neighborhood and grew up influenced by Asamang Tamfoe in Anyinam E/R rich musical heritage. He became addicted to the bass-pumping energy of Gospel music – from the soulful light of house to the mechanical darkness of industrial..
To develop his writing skills, studied Communication as a major with Sociology and Law at African University College of Communication-AUCC, Ghana.
His life has not turned out as he expected as a youngster because his youth ambition was to be a CID, “Because he think it is the most courageous and humble thing to do in life”.
Prince, is a well determined and highly self motivated team player with ten (9) years experience in radio work.
Living a day at a time, the radio presenter/blogger, who loves to read and play football and music as his hobbies, is a Christian whose favorite book is the Bible. He is also interested in anything by HighLife Music.
He first worked with the now defunct Great fm which was based in Achimota ABC and continued to Accra based Radio Midas, Prime fm and subsequently to Oxzy Fm.
He was discovered by the ICK Multimedia management to be the host of Hello Ghana and the Weekend Gallary show.
Prince gives listeners a reason to party and have fun with good old Highlife music every Saturday from 6:30pm to 8pm (HILIFE SPLASH). and sunday 1:00pm to 4:00pm the weekend gallary.
