President John Mahama is expected to commission today “The John Evans Atta Mills Memorial Library” in Cape Coast in the Central region.
The library has been built near the popular Chapel Square in Cape Coast, where the first anniversary of the death of the late president was marked.
The inauguration which will be witnessed by the former President of Malawi, Joyce Banda and her family, forms part of events marking the 4th anniversary of the demise of the late Ghanaian leader.
A memorial service was held in his[Atta Mills] honour Sunday July 24 at the Asomdwe park where his remains are laid.
